1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mysgame platform, including all associated pages, services, game information, content and features accessible via the domain mysgame.cam ("Platform"). mysgame is an English-language platform providing information about sports betting, live casino entertainment, slots and related responsible-play guidance, with a primary focus on Malaysian adult users.

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, or using any service offered through mysgame, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the mysgame Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below when used throughout this agreement.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to the mysgame Platform is reserved exclusively for adults. To register and maintain a valid Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all subsequent times.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law applicable to you.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account suspended or closed by mysgame for any reason.

Registration by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria is strictly prohibited. Any winnings or Bonus Funds accrued by an ineligible user may be voided and any Real Money Balance returned to the original payment source, subject to applicable verification and fraud-prevention checks.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the mysgame Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number. It is your responsibility to keep all Account information up to date. mysgame accepts no liability for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time security code with any other person. mysgame will treat all transactions completed under your credentials as authorised by you.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mysgame may require identity verification at any stage of Account use. Commonly requested documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport, together with a recent proof of residential address dated within three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Payment-ownership evidence may also be requested. All documents must be clear, unmodified and consistent with the personal details on your Account.

5 Terms of Use

Use of the mysgame Platform is subject to the following behavioural obligations. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or system glitches for personal gain;
• Use automated software, bots, scrapers or any non-human method to interact with the Platform;
• Collude with other users or any third party to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Harass, threaten or abuse mysgame staff, support agents or other users in any communication channel;
• Misrepresent your identity, location or eligibility during registration or at any subsequent point.

mysgame reserves the right to investigate any Account activity that appears to breach these obligations and to take proportionate action, including Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mysgame may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback schemes, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are separate from your Real Money Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager the bonus value thirty times).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a different rate from live casino or sports markets — check individual promotion terms.
• A maximum single-bet limit may apply while Bonus Funds are active. Placing bets above this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may carry an expiry date. Any unused Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• mysgame reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, subject to the protection of any rights already accrued by eligible users.

7 Payments & Withdrawals

The mysgame Platform supports MYR-denominated transactions. Available deposit and withdrawal channels may include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and selected cryptocurrency channels such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC). Channel availability, minimum transaction amounts, processing times and fees may vary and are subject to change.

Deposits

• A minimum deposit amount applies per payment channel. You must deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not accepted and may be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• Cryptocurrency deposits must be made to the address specified at the time of the transaction. Sending to an incorrect address cannot be reversed by mysgame.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe published in the Platform's support documentation, subject to verification status and payment-channel processing times.
• mysgame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending fraud investigation, identity verification or compliance review.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports bets, casino wagers and all other forms of gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each market, game or event. General principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation is only permitted under circumstances expressly stated in the relevant event rules.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, except where a system error has caused an obvious pricing mistake, in which case mysgame reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• mysgame is not responsible for outcomes affected by circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to match abandonment, technical failure or regulatory intervention.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market. These may change without prior notice.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for slot and casino games represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome in a single session or wager.

9 Responsible Gambling

mysgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries genuine financial risk. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose the full amount of any deposit or wager placed on the Platform.
• Gambling should not be used as a source of income, a way to recover debts or a means to relieve financial or emotional stress.
• Setting firm deposit, loss and session time limits before each visit is strongly encouraged.

The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting mysgame support. Self-excluded users must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the mysgame Platform, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, data compilations and software, is the property of mysgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial information purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written permission of mysgame.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mysgame's total cumulative liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.

mysgame excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside mysgame's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages or third-party payment-system downtime;
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on information, odds or content presented on the Platform;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity beyond a User's own affordability or self-imposed limits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

Either party may close an Account at any time. If you wish to close your Account, contact mysgame support using the details in the Contact section below.

mysgame may suspend or permanently close an Account, restrict withdrawals or void pending transactions without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, collusive or otherwise dishonest activity;
• Failure to pass identity or payment verification checks;
• Use of the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Registration by an ineligible user, including anyone under 21 years of age.

Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account after deduction of outstanding bonuses, disputed amounts and applicable processing fees will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
